Resort Complex

This resort was projected in a land of 25.500m² and it has a GBA of 9.500m². Its concept intents to incorporate the built area with the wonderful landscape that surrounds the plot, in a smooth transition, respecting the present vegetation and stones.
Four different kinds of Accommodation Units were developed due to suit the investors' intention and meet the land regulations, plus the small hotel complex that provides the services facilities.

Villas

The Accommodation Units are developed according to the needs of a high-class tourism that needs privacy at the same time that the sightseeing must be guaranteed. The Villas were designed due to conceal the privacy at the same time that reveal the landscape, taking advantage from the inclination of the plot to provide both concepts in a mimetic site plan.
It's a land of 10.000m² with a GBA of almost 2.500m².
The project was developed for possible investors.

Cachoeira – Unifamiliar residence

The first built house of CasaTec, a project of 230m². An unifamiliar house designed for selling, was sold out 3 months before the conclusion.

Daniel – Unifamiliar residence

The second built house of CasaTec, a project of 320m². An unifamiliar house designed for selling, was sold out 5 months before the conclusion.

 

Frank – Unifamiliar residence

The last built house of CasaTec, a project of 300m². An unifamiliar house designed for selling, was sold out 5 months before the conclusion. After this house the company started working just with consulting, due to the need of my partner and me to focus in our studies.

Joaca – Complexo Turistico da Joaquina

A Touristic Complex designed to receive a large numbers of tourists, especially during the event of the WCT (www.aspworldtour.com), a surfing competition that happens during the winter time in the beach. It’s under the approval process of authorities, the project evolutes to a regional scale, where the transportation might be guaranteed, since the beach has just one small road as a connection to the rest of the city.
